SENATE BILL NO. 135 "An Act relating to the rights of crime                                                                     
victims; relating to the duties of prosecuting attorneys; and amending                                                          
Rule 45, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure" was read the second

Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1483.                                                            
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 135(JUD) was

Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
